Behind the Scenes

One team. Five cities.
Fourteen days.

The same creative leadership on every set, in every city. No rotating crews. No local hires briefed over email. This is what the Loudlux system looks like in the field.

The Brief. Celsius came to Loudlux with a concept and an air date they couldn't move. College football opening weekend on ESPN. Less than 30 days to first shoot day. The timeline was aggressive by design. Celsius brought it to the team already fluent in their brand.

By the time it landed with us, we'd been running some of their biggest moments for five years. Product launches. Marquee events. National partnerships. We knew the brand as deeply as their internal team knew it.

The Celsius creative team drove brand direction and athlete strategy. Loudlux shaped the concepts, then built and executed the entire production and post pipeline. The timeline demanded a partner already fluent in the brand. We were.

The Timeline · 30 days, one team, zero handoffs
Week 1
Kickoff
Creative brief developed alongside the Celsius team. Their idea shaped into a producible concept. Four athlete schedules coordinated across five cities. Production infrastructure stood up: crew, equipment, locations, travel logistics. All in parallel, not in sequence.
Week 2
Creative development & pre-production
Anthem concept and individual athlete narratives built out simultaneously. Every creative decision made with production realities in mind. No ideas that sound great but can't be executed in the window. One vision, all deliverables.
Weeks 3–4
Production
Five cities. Fourteen production days. Four athletes. The same creative leadership present on every shoot. Not rotating crews, not local hires briefed over email. One team, moving city to city, holding standard.
Week 5
Post-production begins
Editorial, color, sound design, VFX, and finishing, all managed under one creative authority. Specialist post talent deployed through Loudlux, but Celsius never had to coordinate with them. One point of contact. One creative chain of command.
Week 6
Delivery
Finished assets delivered: a :30 anthem, a :15 cutdown, and individual athlete commercials. 19 unique creative edits cut into 99 final deliverables across broadcast and social. 10 days from first shoot day to sign-off.
Week 7
Broadcast
The campaign aired nationally on ESPN for college football opening weekend. Two impossible windows . Less than 30 days into production. Less than 30 days from wrap to broadcast. Both met. The deadline that couldn't move didn't need to.

Why it worked. Five years with Celsius meant we didn't need briefings on the brand voice, the positioning, or where the creative was headed. We already knew. That took time out of the front end. Concepts arrived ready to shoot. Preproduction moved fast because both teams were aligned before the first meeting.

Production held its schedule because the creative direction was locked. Post moved cleanly because it was scoped from day one. One team owning every phase, one creative lead across every shoot, a pre-vetted crew standing by. The difference isn't speed. It's architecture.

Case in point. On the Clemson shoot, a thunderstorm cut our last hour on the field. Loudlux compressed the shot list, ran every remaining setup back-to-back, and captured the anthem's key Klubnik shots before the storm hit. Wrapped on schedule.

How it connects
Depth
Five years with Celsius. No ramp-up time.
Judgment
Creative built around Celsius's roster of top NCAA talent. Understanding the athletes, the culture, and where the brand was headed gave every frame direction.
Delivery
99 assets. 19 unique edits. Zero missed deadlines. Two impossible windows, both met.
Trust
Celsius increased campaign investment in H2 2025 based on early results. That's the tell.

The result. The campaign aired on ESPN for college football opening weekend. A :30 anthem, a :15 cutdown, individual athlete spots. All delivered through a real creative partnership between Celsius and Loudlux. Under 30 days from brief to first shoot. 10 days from first shoot day to sign-off. No missed deadlines. No creative compromises.

The Celsius Instagram Reel generated 3 million+ views in the first two weeks. The campaign contributed to Celsius's Q2 2025 revenue growth of approximately 9%. Early results were strong enough that Celsius increased campaign investment in the second half of the year.

Celsius called it one of their favorite campaigns of the year.

The longer we know the brand, the faster and more valuable we become.
